AMAUTA provides the opportunity to share real life with a cuencana family in a nice and comfortable private room; thereby providing a unique in a world heritage history city.   AMAUTA gives the chance of three different options:

1. Family homestays  
2. Private apartments  
3. Hotels and hostels

Students who choose to book their accommodation through us will be picked up from the airport or bus terminal in Cuenca and brought to their selected accommodation free of charge.

1. Family homestays

Family homestay gives you a great opportunity to share an Ecuadorian home, to improve your Spanish skills, and learn more about the local culture. The family option is for the students who want to share experiences and friendship and of course good quality food.

Host families are carefully selected to ensure that your stay is as pleasant as possible. We do our best to find home stays that will treat you as part of the family.
We will always try to accommodate you within 10-30 minutes - on foot or via public transportation - from the FUNDACIÓN AMAUTA. Homestays includes three meals and laundry. If you are a vegetarian, have allergies to pets or any other special requests, just let us know in advance and we'll do our best to satisfy your needs.
